Amazing cookies, will order again
Oh my goodness, I just received my Small Box of 5 cookies and they are incredible! I got the Peanut Butter and Milk Chocolate and the Triple Chocolate Chunk. They were so soft and gooey right out of the box. The chocolate chunks are huge, not those tiny chips. I'm already planning my next order, probably for a Giant Gift Tin for my friend's birthday. Seriously, you have to try these!
Decent value, slight mix-up
I ordered a Large Box of 10, mostly Dark Chocolate Chunk and some Lemon. The cookies themselves were quite good, especially the dark chocolate ones – very rich. Shipping was reasonably quick, took about 5 days to reach Atlanta. My only minor issue was that I specifically requested no nuts, but one of the Lemon cookies had a few almond slivers, which was a bit concerning. Overall, the value for money is pretty good, and most of the order was perfect, but they could improve on custom order accuracy.
Always reliable cookies
I've ordered from Ben's Cookies a few times now, and they're always consistent. This time I got a Large Box of 10 with a mix of Milk Chocolate Chunk and Double Chocolate Chunk. The delivery took 4 days to get to me in Chicago, which was expected. The cookies were just as good as my last order, still warmish and chewy. It's why I keep coming back.
